Synopsis:In the late 70s and early 80s, as conflict erupted in Peru and its abandoned rural areas, the filmmaker’s mother was forced to leave her home. Forty years later, in a letter to her mother, the filmmaker attempts to retrace her steps, projecting family films onto the landscapes of the journey: from the ruined walls of houses to the dry leaves and branches of trees, and the cracks in the roads.
